Hi! My name is Charles Whalen

I am an American Indian/Native American Alcohol and Drug Counselor/Chemical Dependency Counselor.  I am an Enrolled Member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe.

As an Alcohol and Drug Counselor/Chemical Dependency Counselor, I have worked with those deemed hard to serve; long term unemployed, drug abusers, felons, and the mentally ill. I am comfortable working with any population as a counselor, case manager, manager, and supervisor.
